WDS-780 Rework Station is a small size machine that can repair big PCB board in size up to 630mm¡Á610mm. it is with optical locating system. The heating way is IR + hot air mix heating. All the operations are driven by motors and controlled by software. Soldering and desoldering are designed 2 in 1.
Features:
&©|61548; 6 spindles linkage, all the movements driven by 7 motors. Air head/PCB movements and optical locating system X/Y movements are all controlled by rockers. Easy operation. It is equipped with memory function suitable for mass reparation and will improve the efficiency.
&©|61548; Hot air head and mounting head are designed 2 in 1 with soldering and desoldering automatically.
&©|61548; Upper and lower heaters are taking IR + hot air mix heating. Upper is with 2 channels. IR heater works toward the heating area in the meanwhile the hot air works. Thus the two heating methods can make up each other to speedy heat the PCB(The temp. goes up at rate 10℃/S),and the temp. remains even.
&©|61548; Separate 3 heating zones. Upper and lower heaters to be one move together and can move in X,Y directions within bottom preheating area. Lower air head can move up/down and support PCB controlled by motor automatically, Upper and lower heater as one can move to the BGA when the PCB is fixed on the jig
&©|61548; Original bottom preheating board is made of good quality heating material(IR plated heater)imported from Germany + constant temp.glass(temp.resistance up to 1800℃),preheating area is up to 500*420mm.
&©|61548; Preheating board, jigs and cooling system can move as one unit in X direction that make locating PCB and desoldering more security and convenient.
&©|61548; The unique design of X,Y direction movement takes good use of the equipment ***ce. It can rework super big PCB in the small size machine .The max. PCB size is up to 630*610mm
