WDS-680 is a rework station equipped with optical locating system used to solder and unsolder all sealed chips.

Upper hot air is with 2 in 1 heating way that IR and hot air mix heat, temperature goes up at high speed that makes big difference between the BGA to be removed and the BGA around, thus the BGA around will not be affected while unsoldering, suit best for the electronics that is with very small ***ce between chips.
Upper and lower hot air and bottom IR heat separately, the heating time and temperature will be displayed on the touch screen.
